With 30 years experience in the provision of legal services for family law matters, Richard holds a Bachelor of Commerce with merit in Accounting, Financial and Systems and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
One of Richard's strengths is in applying his experience in Commercial litigation to family law disputes and the outcome of this is a high success rate in, or out of court.
Since 1 August 1992, Richard has been the proprietor of Watson & Watson, practicing in all aspects of family law as well as general commercial matters, with an emphasis on commercial litigation including building & construction and property disputes.
Richard was accredited in 1995 by the Law Society of New South Wales as a specialist in commercial litigation, building and construction stream, at the first examinable course provided by the Law Society.
Dennis is a Graduate of the University of Sydney and has practiced as a Lawyer in Sydney since 1982.
Dennis has an interest in and has extensive experience in relation to Family Law matters and other related matters including disputes concerning wills and inheritance, administration of estates and contested estates, family provision claims and attempts to obtain a practical and economic outcomes on behalf of his clients.
Shereen has been working within Law for some 26 years, been a Justice of the Peace for 24 years and has been with Watson & Watson for 18 years.
As the Practice Manager, she is instrumental in all the day to day activities ensuring the office runs smoothly, supporting clients and elements of most cases, including handling all new business calls, cost agreements, services, suppliers, human resources, accounts, reports, marketing and looking after support staff.
Her colleagues and all those that meet Shereen will quickly appreciate her direct, highly organised and fair approach.
Benazir is a graduate of Australian Careers Business College, holding a Diploma in Paralegal. She has worked in the legal industry for 10 years.
Benazir joined Watson & Watson in August 2014 having previously worked as a personal assistant for a well respected law firm.
She enjoys the team environment while assisting to achieve positive outcomes. She is hard working and can prioritise critical daily tasks.
